	JEFF DOOLAN: HEAD COACH 1999 HOWARD COUNTY COACH OF THE YEAR In addition to being the varsity lacrosse coach, Coach Doolan is a physical education teacher and junior varsity soccer coach at Mt. Hebron High School. He is a 1995 graduate of Salisbury State University where he played lacrosse and was on the 1994 NCAA and Division lll National Championship team. Coach Doolan graduated from Westminster High School where he was an All-Metro lacrosse player and a 2nd team All-State soccer player. Coach Doolan lives in Westminster with his wife of two years, Kelly.	BOB ELDER: ASSISTANT COACH Coach Elder will return to the Mt. Hebron staff for his second year. Elder was a 1990 graduate of Mt Hebron and went on to play lacrosse for the University of Maryland. While at Mt. Hebron, Elder was an All-Metro performer, and as a Maryland Terrapin, he played in the 1995 NCAA Division 1 championship game. Coach Elder works in pharmaceutical sales and lives in Elkridge with Nicole (Moree'), who is also a Mt. Hebron High School graduate.
